Seeking qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Guidance and support for the optimization and project management of our HRIS system, ADP Friendship Public Charter School is looking for an organization or group to support the optimization and project management of our HRIS system, ADP. Potential projects include, but are not limited to: Improvement of data integrity Identification and implementation of increased team member and manager self-service Utilization of a system for personnel action requests, approval, and notification Performance appraisal and skill tracking in the system Records management and storage Use cases related to secondary rates for team members, and time & attendance tracking Leave management Training for staff and managers on HRIS
