Seeks qualified and experienced organization or team member for wellness consultant and workshop lead Friendship Public Charter School is seeking an experienced organization or individual to provide team member wellness consultant and workshop lead. The scope of services required include: Implementation of wellness workshops and wellness strategies across all Friendship campuses to increase retention, and happiness, improve work-life balance, increase productivity, and decrease work-related stress. Provide strategic consulting around designing, implementing, and sustaining comprehensive corporate wellness programs that address the mental and emotional health of staff members. Aligning wellness initiatives with Friendship Public Charter School values, objectives, and long-term vision for the betterment of both individual employees and the organization as a whole. Design and implement promotional and motivational wellness initiatives, managing incentives, and coordinating activities. Establish and manage a budget for corporate wellness initiatives and collect and analyze data through interviews and surveys.
