Seeking qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Classroom Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, School and Office Supplies Friendship Public Charter Schools is seeking bids from Vendors for classroom furniture, fixtures & equipment, school and office supplies. Bidders are required to carefully review all terms, conditions, and specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. Scope of goods and services required: The proposed vendor must provide a wide range of school and office supplies to included but limited to copy paper, art supplies, binder clips, binders, construction paper, correction tape, crayons, dry erase board cleaner and eraser, file folders, glue sticks and glue, highlighters, markers, paper clips, pencils and sharpeners, pens, rulers, scissors, self-stick notes, sheet protectors, staplers and staples, tape dispensers and various types of tape. In addition to the school and office supplies, Friendship is also seeking a supplier for classroom furniture, fixtures & equipment. Proposals should include information regarding proposed product lines, pricing, warranty and delivery. The vendor/supplier must have the ability to assist with space planning and measurements, layout and design of space once functional use is established when needed.
