Seeking qualified and experienced bidder(s) for IT Consultant for projects and tasks at Director of IT/Head of Technology level Friendship Public Charter Schools is seeking bids from companies or individuals to provide Senior Level IT Consulting and IT Department Support Services. Bidders are required to carefully review all terms, conditions, and specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. Scope of services required: Clear knowledge of E-Rate Process – Assist IT team with the E-Rate process as required. Office 365 Mailbox Migration – Support the ongoing mailbox migration process and provide guidance to project completion. System Administration Support – Provide support to the System Administrators as needed. Domain Logon Reports and MDR – Review and identify any unusual activities or threats, report and mitigate them as needed. Phishing Awareness Program – Support the IT department staff with the ongoing phishing awareness training initiative and conduct trainings. Monthly IT Support Reports – Generate monthly Zendesk IT support reports for management use. Technology Budget Management – Oversee and manage the Technology budget in conjunction with the Chief of School operations as needed. Technology License Renewals – Manage and oversee renewals, particularly cybersecurity-related licenses. Support cybersecurity initiatives Head Office hallway TVs – Provide IT Department staff assistance with timely updates to the Head Office TVs with relevant messages as necessary. Execute E-rate switch installation project – (40 switches).
