Seeking qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Real-estate Program Management and Owner Representation Services Friendship Public Charter Schools (FPCS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide program management and owner representation services. The Program Management consultant will support strategic portfolio planning, including evaluating existing facilities and developing a roadmap for future growth. This may include the expansion of current campuses, new construction, acquisition of new properties, and hybrid solutions for our online program. The initial deliverable is a strategic capital plan and expansion roadmap, to be completed by the end of Q1 2025.
